Refund policy

2)      In cases of damaged/incorrect item, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return and exchange.

3)      Refunds and exchanges are not acceptable for “change of mind”.

4)      To initiate a refund/exchange, following steps are required:

a)      We urge you to make a video while opening the product to ensure transparency and make the case eligible for exchange or return.

b)      Contact us via email or Whatsapp within 3 days of delivery, along with the video proof of the damage/incorrect item.

c)      After receiving the request, we will process it to ensure transparency and issue approval via email.

d)      Order will be exchanged within 7 working days of approval.

e)      In case of refund, amount will be transferred to you via bank transfer after the approval.
