Shipping & Delivery

Simply select your desired delivery option at checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated. We deliver nationwide. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer. For all Lahore based orders made before 4pm, we’ll aim to get the order delivered the following working day (not including Saturday). For all other orders made before 4pm, we’ll aim to get the order dispatched within the following working day and delivery may take 2-5 working days depending on the postal address.

 

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and identity security is very important to us. When you place an order with Sleekey website we will ask for certain information to help us process your order. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. The information you provide will be used in the processing of your order and to contact you when necessary in connection to your order. We take every care to ensure the security and privacy of any information you have provided.

 

Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer any returns for the “change of mind”. Refunds/exchanges for genuine cases are entertained and details for the process are mentioned in Return and Refund Policy section.
